Oracle Fusion Release Manager

Sanderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Release Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and HCM applications and their components. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, on-scope releases with minimal disruption to business operations. You will build and manage a team focused on end-to-end release coordination, build and configuration management, and environment management. This role requires strong collaboration with IT, business units, and external vendors to oversee the entire release lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-release support.

  • Proven experience in release management, preferably with Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, HCM applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, HCM or related technologies.
  • Experience with automated deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
