Duties of the Travel Advisor:
- Handle inbound sales calls, identify customer needs, build rapport, and recommend expert cruise and land holiday solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring your approach to each individual call.
- Achieve or exceed company KPIs consistently.
- Calculate costs accurately and deliver prompt, precise quotations to customers.
- Complete booking processes with meticulous administrative accuracy.
Key Skills of the Travel Advisor:
- Excellent communication and listening skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Sharp attention to detail combined with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet tools.
- Capable of adjusting approach and style to suit diverse customer needs and situations.
Additional Information:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-Time Permanent position
- This role requires flexibility, including weekend and evening shifts as part of a rotating schedule
- 25,000 salary.
- Uncapped Commission
- OTE - 30,000 - 60,000 Per Annum.
