Sales Advisor Royal Wootton Bassett - Office basedBasic salary of £25K PA + uncapped commission. Realistic OTE £45K in Year 1 (£60K+ in Year 2) + excellent benefits (free or subsidised travel, healthcare plan, life insurance, company events, pension, flu jabs) 

**Shift Patterns**:Flexible shifts on a rota from 8:45 AM to 8 PM, including weekends.

The Role

With a commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences, we seek talented Sales Advisors to convert incoming calls into bookings. If you excel in customer interaction and possess a strong sales mindset, this role is tailor-made for you!

- Engage with customers on incoming calls, understanding their needs while building strong relationships.- Provide tailored cruise and land holiday solutions with your expertise.- Create meaningful customer engagement, adeptly pitching and closing sales.- Present alternative options to meet diverse customer requirements.- Consistently meet or exceed company KPIs and sales goals.- Quickly and accurately calculate costs, providing customers with timely quotations.- Complete booking processes with precision and attention to detail.- Collaborate energetically within a high-performing team of approximately 30 sales advisors.- Foster communication with other departments to enhance product knowledge.
