A well-established Tour Operator is seeking Travel Sales Advisors with previous call centre experience to join their team.
The position is office-based in Swindon, offering a salary of up to £25K plus commission, with an OTE of £45K in the first year.
Responsibilities include taking inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, and meeting company KPIs related to sales performance.
While travel industry experience is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided; candidates must have sales experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
The role requires excellent communication skills and a proven sales history, with working hours between 09:00 and 20:00 on a shift rota that includes working 3 out of 4 weekends.

Travel Sales Advisor: A well established Tour Operator are recruiting sales Advisors to join their team, keen for people with previous call centre experience. Office based in Swindon, paying up to £25K + comm OTE £45K.Travel Sales Advisor, Responsibilities:

Taking inbound sales calls and understanding customer needs, build rapport and offer advise and holiday solutions
Meeting, or exceeding, company KPI's relating to conversion rate, Margins, data capture and call handling.

Travel Sales Advisor, Skills Required:

Travel industry experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
Must have experience in a sales enviroment, call centre ideally or alternatively someone highly motivated by sales and is result orrientated.
Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KIP's
Excellent communication and listening skills

Additional Information:

Paying up to £25K + comm OTE £45K in first year
Office based in Swindon
Full training provided
Working hours between 09.00 - 20.00 Mon - Sunday on a shift rota working 3 out of 4 weekends
28 days holiday including bank holidays
