Purpose:
聽
Ensure project (or portion of project, e.g., work package) planning, analysis and control activities, highlighting variances with respect to the approved plan, identifying possible critical factors and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
聽
聽聽聽聽
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
聽
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the definition and development of the overall project plan, and the activities scheduling according to project objectives, making use of the information collected from project team members, any other company function involved, and third parties.
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure the verification, consolidation and control of contractors detailed work plans in the project schedule.
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure a continuous update of the plans, control and monitor the physical progress of time and costs vs. approved plans, highlighting variances.
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify critical factors, evaluate their impact on the plan, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure the periodical reporting on project status.
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure the development and updating of project planning and controlling methodologies/tools.
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 To ensure full adherence to the Company鈥檚 Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures, and standards
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 To fully comply with the company's Code of Ethics and Law 231 principles
-聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 To participate in Emergency Response duties, as required

Qualifications & Experience:
聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 University degree
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in project scheduling principles (sequences, activities, resources and time estimate, durations, ABS, WBS, risk analysis)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience of project monitoring and control, project configuration and execution
聽
聽聽聽聽
Required Competencies:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Good working knowledge of software applications, such as MS Office, Enterprise Resource Planning System, Primavera P6MS project or similar.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation & influencing skills

聽聽聽聽
