Shift Patterns:Day, Weekend & Night ShiftsAs a Support Worker, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold the personal care needs of our residents while always respecting their dignity and fostering their independence. Your role will include maintaining consistently high-quality care services, assisting with resident care, and performing various daily tasks within our home.
Skills and attributes required:
- A compassionate and patient nature.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is advantageous but not mandatory.
