This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR across the entire employee lifecycle, providing a professional HR service to all employees while acting as an ambassador for people-related policies and procedures.
Description of the role:
- Building relationships with department managers.
- Meeting with department managers to offer proactive support.
- Assisting with investigations and grievance hearings.
- Reporting on various HR data metrics.
- Supporting the HR team with projects.
- Ensuring compliance of all Right to Work documentation and onboarding documentation.
- Reviewing policies and procedures.
About you:
- Experience of working within a similar Advisory role.
- Able to interpret and translate HR data.
- CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in HRIS technology.
- A passion for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
