Our client, a successful and growing tech business in North Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to develop and manage their team of 8 Internal Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to develop training programmes that enhance team performance.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools effectively.

This is an office based role, Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm
