This established business provides specialist solutions within the facilities sector. Synonymous for their customer service, they are now looking to add a Procurement Administrator, who is customer focussed, to provide the highest level of administration support to the Procurement Team.

If you are organised; have experience within a procurement environment and are a great communicator, you will be well rewarded with a salary of up to £30,000 plus performance related bonus and pension.

Hours of work are 40 per week (8.30am to 5.30pm), holidays are 25 per year, rising with service (plus bank holidays.

About the role:

Working within a small procurement team, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage all purchase orders
  • Deal with supplier invoice queries
  • Ensure off-hire equipment is managed quickly
  • Work with suppliers, escalating as necessary
  • Ensure all documentation is completed
  • Provide general administrative support

About you:

You will already be working within an Administration role, preferably within a procurement / purchasing environment; you will also need:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Be a confident communicator at all levels (internally and externally)
  • Organised
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proactive
