CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Information Associate, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Tadworth, on a contract basis for 6 months.


Salary:

Hourly 19.00-21.00 PAYE or 21.00-23.30 Umbrella.


Medical Information Associate Role:
  • Research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels including phone, email, webform, live chat or postal mail, within the required timelines and standards.
  • Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/ Work Instruction (WI), and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
  • May support a therapeutic area team with secondline activities including escalation management and content creation.

Your Background:
  • Degree in a life science/healthcare field required.
  • Previous experience of medical information or relevant work experience, preferred.
  • Customer Service experience, preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical function.
