Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic company based in Tadworth, who are currently growing and expanding, and who are looking for a new Administrator to join their team.

This is a busy and varied role, with a genuine opportunity to learn and develop, whilst providing support to the team.

The role will involve:

  • Providing efficient and accurate administrative support
  • Keeping track of budgets and expenditures
  • Arranging meetings
  • Taking and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Producing reports and presentations

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • Educated to at least GCSE (or equivalent) standard, with passes in Maths and English
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • IT literate with the ability to learn new systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
