Reed HR is proud to be recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join their HR and Talent Team in Tadworth, Surrey.

This is a permanent full-time position, with flexibility to work from home. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR and Talent team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Support change management initiatives, contributing to a positive and adaptive workplace environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within an SME.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success in driving talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
