We are working with a local Engineering company and are looking for a Laser Operator to join their existing workforce.
Reporting to the production team leader you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling product. Operating and setting the laser machine (Amada), working from drawings you would be responsible for the high quality machining of products.
General manufacturing duties would also be required as and when the time arises.
The desired person would:
- Have previous experience of setting and operating CNC machinery
- Be able to read and understand manufacturing drawings
- Have ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Work as a team or on their own
- Communicate effectively with a great attention to detail.
- Hold an FLT license (not essential but would be a great asset should you hold one)
