- Process supplier invoices
- Support in recording financial transactions in their accounting system, Xero and job management software, SIMPRO
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts.
- Aid in processing payroll, employee expense claims and Engineer time sheets.
- Handle general accounting administration.
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Filing, Scanning and Maintaining spreadsheets for invoices and approvals.
- Managing Account Inbox.
