Are you persuasive, enthusiastic person who loves to talk to people? We are looking for our clienst next team member to join their small team and make a big difference!You'll be part of a small team that nurtures relationships with prospects to develop business opportunities for our clients. You will liaise directly with clients in order to arrange meetings and gather feedback. Full system training will be provided but the right candidate ideally has experience in prospecting and nurturing relationships with people over the phone.Our client is the leading B2B marketing for manufacturing agency in the West Midlands and the results we achieve for our clients are 2nd to none.Our employees are our lifeblood and we are looking for like-minded individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent results and want to help take the business to the next level.Our small team of amazing telemarketers open doors for our clients and uncover opportunities for them by being organised, persistent and asking smart questions to deliver what we term ‘5-star’ leads.Your duties will include:
  • You will be responsible for generating new business leads and appointments for our clients and maintaining a high standard.
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing to get past the gatekeeper. We never call consumers or people at home.
  • Finding the person responsible for purchasing and qualifying them.
  • Delivering a simple pitch / value proposition by phone.
  • Adding prospects to our CRM/automated email marketing sequences.
  • Following up in a timely manner to requalify and gauge interest.
  • Asking for the opportunity to quote or to meet face to face and booking appointments on behalf of our clients.
  • Processing leads accurately and liaising with clients by phone and email.
  • Following up with prospects to establish the next steps.
  • Delivering excellent customer service for our clients.
  • Meeting with clients reguarly to obtain feedback and review progress.
Desired qualities and skills:
  • Experienced outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales.
  • Ideally you will be driven by targets to succeed and have a track record of success in a sales or lead generation role.
  • Persuasive, persistent, organised - able to multi-task to represent multiple clients.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good level of English as you will need to write and send emails to clients and prospects.
  • Comfortable working in a small team.
Working hours: 9am-3pm Monday - Thursday plus 9am-12.30pm Fridays.Part time - Between 24 and 27.5 hours per week. Some flexibility with hours to suit school run if needed.
