- You will be responsible for generating new business leads and appointments for our clients and maintaining a high standard.
- Outbound B2B telemarketing to get past the gatekeeper. We never call consumers or people at home.
- Finding the person responsible for purchasing and qualifying them.
- Delivering a simple pitch / value proposition by phone.
- Adding prospects to our CRM/automated email marketing sequences.
- Following up in a timely manner to requalify and gauge interest.
- Asking for the opportunity to quote or to meet face to face and booking appointments on behalf of our clients.
- Processing leads accurately and liaising with clients by phone and email.
- Following up with prospects to establish the next steps.
- Delivering excellent customer service for our clients.
- Meeting with clients reguarly to obtain feedback and review progress.
- Experienced outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales.
- Ideally you will be driven by targets to succeed and have a track record of success in a sales or lead generation role.
- Persuasive, persistent, organised - able to multi-task to represent multiple clients.
- Good IT skills.
- Good level of English as you will need to write and send emails to clients and prospects.
- Comfortable working in a small team.
