We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer queries and complaints for our well-established industrial/manufacturing department in Tamworth.

Description

  • Manage large amounts of incoming customer queries.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Coordinate with the industrial/manufacturing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:

  • A strong track record in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in Tamworth.
  • Proficiency in English.
