Are you an experienced Business Development Manager seeking a new , fresh & challenging role ?Hybrid based role but will cover The Midlands - £45k Basic salary, uncapped commission,  Car allowance , fuel card plus generous holidays We are recruiting for a sales driven manager who possesses at least 5 years experience  selling soft FM services - if you have commercial cleaning experience this is a distinct advantage.Proven Sales leadership,a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth, securing high value contracts, and proven ability to manage sales budgets effectively. Our well established and growing commercial client is looking to expand its sales team and appoint a Business Development Manager.  A business who has bee operating for over 30 years delivering premium services to a portfolio of customers within the Midlands.With a strong presence in the Midlands and an enviable client list they are now looking to drive the next phase of growth, particularly in the sport and multi-site soft FM sector If you have previous  industry experience as a Business Development Manager, experience of strategic sales planning , budgeting & forecasting , compliance & reporting we need to hear from you .
