Marketing Manager

REED Marketing & Creative are working with a large manufacturing business based in Tamworth to recruit a Marketing Manager into their business.

The business has various brands and companies that sit underneath and this opportunity will be looking after one particular arm of the business. Whilst this is a standalone marketing position - there is a wider marketing team and sales team to collaborate with.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is commercially savvy, can look at existing business and how to expand on that and look at how to tap into new clients or areas that haven't yet been penetrated by the company.

Duties include:• End to end marketing strategy• Data analysis on sales figures and where to scope more business• Ability to look at other avenues of revenue and how to build those relationships from marketing strategy• SEO and using Google Analytics to report on successes of campaigns• Continuing the success of a new website launch• Product launches• Working in line with set budgets• Continuing with further brand awareness

The successful candidate will be confident to run a marketing function and have a proven track record of analysing data to create more direct marketing campaigns. You will understand the process to engage your audience, can proof read content, understand budgets but most importantly build relationships with key Managers and stakeholders.

In return you will work for a highly successful business with well known products. Salary up to £45k plus car allowance plus bonus.
