- Support and coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on scope, and within budget
- Create and maintain key project documentation such as plans, business cases, status updates, and meeting notes
- Monitor timelines, track progress, and identify risks or blockers - resolving issues proactively or escalating when necessary
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, project teams, and external suppliers to ensure consistent communication and alignment
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the Project Management Office by implementing best practices and supporting the evolution of project processes
- Maintain detailed records of project resources and costs to assist in accurate reporting and informed decision-making
- Previous experience in a project management role, experienced in dealing with a variety of projects at any given time including IT
- PRINCE2 certified or equivalent project management qualification
- Proven ability to manage tasks independently and juggle multiple priorities with a high level of organisation
- Strong communicator – both written and verbal – with a professional, client-facing approach
- Adept at producing structured documentation and reporting with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence and is open to travel across multiple sites when required
- A basic understanding of data security and privacy principles
- You may experience working within any of the following: Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Project Support Office, Project Management Assistant, Project Office Assistant, Project Support Specialist, Site Project Coordinator or any other similar position where you have managed various projects from start to finish
