Engineering Manager duties include -

  • Manage the process engineering, maintenance, H&S, and design departments.

  • Contribute to senior leadership goals for improved quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Maintain a zero-accident culture and manage facility operations.
  • Control departmental budgets, oversee CAPEX, and develop team skills.
