Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
- Performing a high number of outbound calls and contacting customers to successfully collect monies owed
- Providing customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- Handling inbound calls and dealing with queries relating to customer accounts
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts to reflect activity and communication
Customer Service Executive Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
- Has a record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Confident over the phone, and experienced in handling calls in a professional manner
- Skilled communicator, who is articulate and capable liaising at all levels
