Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

  • Performing a high number of outbound calls and contacting customers to successfully collect monies owed
  • Providing customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties
  • Taking payments from customers over the phone
  • Handling inbound calls and dealing with queries relating to customer accounts
  • Updating and maintaining customer accounts to reflect activity and communication

Customer Service Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
  • Has a record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Confident over the phone, and experienced in handling calls in a professional manner
  • Skilled communicator, who is articulate and capable liaising at all levels
