A leading company providing products and services to a range of industrial sectors has a new vacancy for a Customer Account Advisor to join the team. With excellent account management and customer service skills, you will develop strong customer relationships with key accounts, promote brand awareness and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Commutable from: Lichfield, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Burton On Trent, Cannock, Walsall, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham.

Salary: £ 26,000 - £ 30,000 p.a. + benefits

Suitable for: Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Sales Coordinator, Account Controller, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Controller, Customer Service Manager, Account Controller.

The Role

Work closely with customers, upselling products, promoting offers and increasing brand awareness.

Managing key accounts and developing strong relationships.

Provide quotations to customers and processing sales.

Creating customer satisfaction surveys and analysing results in order to improve service.

Resolving any customer service issue.

Communicating timely and accurate information to customers on order status.

Maintaining accurate supplier and customer information

Dealing with stock requests, to ensure orders deadlines can be met on time.

Managing customer complaints and reporting non-conformance.

The Person

Good IT skills particularly MS Excel

Excellent organisational skills (time management, ability to prioritise, etc)

Excellent communicator with friendly and positive outlook.

Previous experience working in a service, product or manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Experience of working in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
