Customer Service Advisor

Do you have strong customer service skills and are looking to join a close-knit team? Are you organised and efficient?


If so, this could be the perfect role for you! You will be working for an established company with clear lines of progression.

What will you be doing?

  • Actively participate to achieve monthly average order value targets. Upselling /cross selling and gap analysis using individual skills with customer sales training.
  • Build and maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external Sales Teams
  • Use listening skills when speaking with our customers to understand their business needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain skills, by resolving customer queries, requests for product information efficiently. Ensure appropriate follow-up is completed via the telephone and inbox.
  • Take responsibility for self-development.
  • Receive inbound sales orders and enquires from our customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service to the customer.
  • Make daily calls in accordance with your self-generated call diary to generate repeat orders, ensuring all orders are captured and opportunities are taken to maximise sales.
  • Actively contribute to individual and team target as set out in the annual bonus scheme.

What will you ideally bring to the role?

  • A full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexible about working hours.
  • Strong English and good verbal written and communication skills.
  • Proactively supporting sales, in growing Customer Portfolio.
  • Excellent listening and the ability to understand the customer needs.
  • Able to work individually and as a Team Member, by building relationships.
  • Is interested in progression within 2 years.
