- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule installation appointments with customers
- Manage and update appointment schedules on inhouse booking system
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate; Proficient on all Microsoft packages
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
