We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager to oversee the operations of a small nursing home in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with extensive experience in nursing home management and complex care. This is a contract position requiring immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and management to the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain and improve the quality of care provided to residents.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
- Manage complex care needs of residents, ensuring personalised care plans are developed and executed effectively.
- Coordinate with health care professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing training, support, and development opportunities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and present reports on the nursing home's performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in nursing home management, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Extensive knowledge of complex care and the ability to manage and support residents with diverse needs.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
