Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting for a great business in Tamworth that is looking to strengthen its finance team through the addition of a finance business partner. We are looking for someone who is keen and interested in exploring the strategy, costing and efficiencies across the business.

ROLE PROFILE:

  • Support, challenge and drive the strategic and financial decisions and priorities, with a focus on financial performance delivery.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to improve the Strategy, Cost and Efficiency across their branches.
  • Negotiate and influence change with stakeholders, to improve the financial stance of the business.
  • Directly reporting to the Finance Director/Financial Controller.
  • Building relationships with business directors and key decision-makers.
  • Responsible for working with the external auditors to understand stock accounting processes and validate balances.
  • Ad-hoc requirements as required.

ABOUT

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA/QBE or equivalent
  • Proficient in the ability to manipulate financial data and produce insight to help drive financial performance.
  • Strong ability to influence and impact the decisions and financial performance of senior stakeholders and their teams and to provide sound judgement in areas where decisions can have a significant financial impact.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with business directors and key decision-makers.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement to reports and KPIs
