Are you ready to join a rapidly growing and highly successful education group?Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join their central team. You'll work closely with school leaders, the executive team, and finance teams to provide expert financial management, strategic advice, and support across a number of schools in the area.Please note that this is a hybrid role and working location will be split across Head Office, Home and five local schools.Salary for this role is to £37500.Candidates MUST be from an education or a public sector background to be considered.Sponsorship is not available for this role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Deliver value-for-money advice and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support schools joining the organization with financial integration and systems setup.
  • Contribute to procurement projects and the development of financial systems.
About You:
  • AAT-qualified, Part Qualified (ACA/ ACCA? CIMA) or working towards, or extensive finance experience.
  • Proven experience in a finance role in education or public sector.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise.
  • A team player with a commitment to safeguarding and continuous development.
