Location: Tamworth

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with an early finish on Friday!

Role Overview: Are you ready to take charge and make a real impact? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on Finance Manager to join our vibrant team in Tamworth. This is your chance to step into a role with significant responsibility and the freedom to shape it as your own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into transactional and autonomous management of trial balance and reporting
  • Take the lead on payroll preparation and payments
  • Manage stock and cash efficiently
  • Provide KPI reporting to senior management
  • Handle sales and purchase ledger, postings through to reconciliation
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and post journals
  • Oversee month-end closure of sales, purchasing, and nominal ledgers
  • Conduct credit control
  • Prepare for year-end audits

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus

Qualifications:

  • AAT Level qualification or CIMA/ACCA part-qualified/studying
