Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Office Based - 2pm finish on a Friday!
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into transactional management and financial reporting
- Developing financial strategies, preparing budgets, and forecasting future financial performance.
- Own the month-end closing activities
- Take the lead on payroll processing
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Spearhead audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus
Qualifications:
- AAT Level qualification or CIMA part-qualified/studying
