Your new role


Youll be working closely with our Paraplanner, as well as the business owners who perform the adviser and operations roles. You will be a key part of our firm and perform a diverse range of functions, including gathering client data, updating back office and cashflow systems, and generating and processing applications. You will support the Paraplanner in issuing reports and ensuring the timely execution of recommendations as part of our end-to-end annual and ad-hoc client review process.


Youll remotely liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth implementation, and will be a key point of contact by both telephone and email.


Youll be looking to embrace the administrator function with enthusiasm and support us in continuing to create process efficiencies. As a highly organised individual, you will be an ambassador for Oak Fours positivity and premium service levels, being driven to provide great client outcomes.


What youll need to succeed


You are an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You have a proven track record of financial planning administration experience within an IFA firm. You enjoy liaising with clients and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Your experience working with a variety of providers and systems, along with your knowledge of financial planning, particularly pensions and investments, makes you confident in handling the technical aspects of the role. You enjoy working proactively, using your initiative, and suggesting improvements to processes.
