Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services
- Identify potential business needs through detailed fact-finding missions
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating with sales activity and potential leads
- Send follow-up emails to potential clients to convert leads
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to increase sales and leads across the board
Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:
- Experience of cold calling in a B2B environment
- A confident telephone manner, able to articulate clearly and build rapport quickly
- Previous experience working on a CRM system combined with strong administration skills
- Determined and vibrant with a positive attitude and a hunger to earn and succeed
