The Role:
As aTrade Parts Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring that trade customers receive the right parts, expert recommendations, and an exceptional service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing trade parts orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Advising customers on part availability and suitability.
  • Communicating order updates and delivery timelines.
  • Managing trade parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handling returns and exchanges professionally.
  • Building strong relationships with trade clients alongside the sales team.
  • Following safety and operational procedures in the parts department.

What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in automotive / motor parts sales or a similar role.
  • Strong, specialist knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in order management.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
