The Role:
As aTrade Parts Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring that trade customers receive the right parts, expert recommendations, and an exceptional service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing trade parts orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Advising customers on part availability and suitability.
- Communicating order updates and delivery timelines.
- Managing trade parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handling returns and exchanges professionally.
- Building strong relationships with trade clients alongside the sales team.
- Following safety and operational procedures in the parts department.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in automotive / motor parts sales or a similar role.
- Strong, specialist knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues.
- A valid UK driving licence.
