Day to Day Duties
Your day to day duties as a Workshop Operative would include:
- Adding fittings into vehicles such as draws and shutters
- Adding in electrical fittings and adding paintwork detail
- Use of hand and power tools to assemble and install fittings
- Use of machinery
- Working to 3D drawings
Essential Skills
Essential skills needed to be a Workshop Operative are:
- Previous use of hand and power tools
- Previous use of machinery
- Ability to read 3D drawings
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working in a factory / manufacturing environment.
What training is provided?
- Training is given on site and support given throughout.
