The role of Lead Production Engineer Industrialisation is to head up the design and integration of a brand new and bespoke assembly line for containerised modules. Key duties include automated and manual assembly system design, takt time analysis, factory layout, process commissioning, validation, writing SOPs etc. whilst continuously driving improvement and increasing ROI.

Lead Production Engineer requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (or similar)
- Excellent experience designing assembly lines to optimise production
- Automotive, Food, White goods, HVAC industry experience
- Core tools
- CAD skills ideally AutoCAD / Inventor
- Factory simulation (desirable)
- 30 Days holidays + 8 banks
