- Manage the process engineering, maintenance, H&S, and design departments.

- Minimise downtime and work on preventive maintenance and spare parts optimisation.
- Contribute to senior leadership goals for improved quality, cost, and delivery.
- Maintain a zero-accident culture and manage facility operations.
- Control departmental budgets, oversee CAPEX, and develop team skills.
