This is a new, pivotal position within a highly respected, well organised and extremely successful Real Estate lending operation. It's all about " Data" and the management of Data.

Objectives

• Maintain and enhance the quality, consistency, and integrity of customer, transaction and marketing data.

• Establish robust data management processes that align with business objectives.

• Support quality assurance efforts by providing actionable insights for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management- you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a data management policy and process that will reduce duplication, enhance data capture accuracy and maintain data security and compliance.
  • Staff training and engagement- you will be an ambassador for data standards and practice and work with staff across the business to make sure they understand the importance if quality data and their part in managing it.
  • Quality standards- you will review data capture across departments to make sure that data practices are being followed and identifying areas for improvement. This will be fed back to quality assurance.
  • Identify sales opportunities- working with marketing, you will use data to identify opportunities for customer retention and lead generation.
  • Analysis- analyse data to look for trends and insights that can benefit the business and improve efficiency of process, providing reports into the senior management team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Management, Marketing, etc.).
  • Experience with data analysis, quality assurance , or campaign analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like GoogleAnalytics or CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and quality control from a data and product perspective.
