Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious law firm? Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Legal PA to join their esteemed Private Client department.

Our client is renowned for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. As a Legal PA in the Private Client department, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of highly respected solicitors who provide top-tier legal services to a diverse range of clients, including high net worth individuals and families.

Location: Tamworth

Work type: Monday to Friday (Full-time, permanent)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

The Role:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the Private Client department
  • Manage and maintain client files with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and manage electronic diaries
  • Liaise with clients, Counsel, and other third parties by telephone and in writing
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and bundles
  • Provide a courteous and professional service to clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably requested to support the team
