We are looking for an Accounts Administrator position to join one of our prestigous clients in the new year.

Job description
We are looking for a full time office based dynamic accounts administrator to provide administration support to the accounts department. Your duties will include processing supplier invoices, matching purchase invoices to purchase orders, Assisting with general accounting administration and responding to finance-related queries.
Delivering an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction, providing a professional service that utilises the latest technology and products whilst remaining competitive and also guarantee that all enquiries will be handled promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Support in recording financial transactions in their accounting system, Xero and job management software, SIMPRO
  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts.
  • Aid in processing payroll, employee expense claims and Engineer time sheets.
  • Handle general accounting administration.
  • Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Filing, Scanning and Maintaining spreadsheets for invoices and approvals.
  • Managing Account Inbox.
Key Skills Required
- Basic Outlook skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Previous experience working in an Accounts Assistant/Administration role.
- Basic Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.
- Organised and can work to deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
