Previous experience in estate agency
Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
A good record of personal effectiveness
Customer driven with a drive for results
Previous People Management experience (desirable)
Show respect for others and build relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively pursue new business
Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff
Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
Drive lead generation through insurances; utilities and other third-party suppliers
