Senior Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
- £26k basic plus commission - £30-32k OTE

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Duties:
- Create, arrange and conduct viewings across lettings
- Reporting lettings feedback to landlords and objection handling on potential applications
- Manage and update applicant database
- Liaising with tenants and landlords during the tenant referencing process
- Generate new business
- Booking, undertaking valuations to best of ability and managing the post valuation process with the landlord
- Creation of new listings and liaising with in house marketing for scheduling of floor plans, marketing photos and potential videos
- Gaining landlord approval for listing and publication on all marketing portals
- Making sure properties are compliant upon letting out, liaising with property management where required
- Run appropriate checks on potential new tenants
- Supporting tenant with the move in process and handover of keys
Senior Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally of 2 years
- Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
- You will be target driven and ambitious.
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
