COREcruitment is working with a luxury restaurant based North of Birmingham! They are recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team. The Recruitment Advisor is all about finding the best talent in the market and promoting the company as an employer of choice. Working closely with the wider people team to understand the manpower & succession plans, the Recruitment Advisor will pro-actively search for external people using both trusted resourcing methods and innovative new ways whilst ensuring all candidates expectations are exceeded through the recruitment process. It's about being the gurus of what makes our people great and being able to identify our values in others. You must come from a hospitality background. This role is 5 days onsite in their head office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all roles across the brand
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
• Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment processes.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Organise and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and open days.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical and specialised roles.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and industry charities to support diverse hiring initiatives.
• Represent the organisation at career events and panels to enhance employer branding.
• Develop strategies to position the organisation as a top employer in the hospitality industry.
• Leverage social media platforms to promote job openings and highlight company culture.
• Ensure all candidates have a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
• Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Prepare regular recruitment performance reports for senior leadership.
• Benchmark recruitment practices against industry standards to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and immigration policies.
• Contribute to broader people initiatives, including employee engagement and training programs.
