Job Role

  • Collaborating with SMEs to develop and refine content for the Learning Management System
  • Designing assessments such as tests or quizzes
  • Developing supporting materials including manuals and guides
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on content for quality improvement
  • Editing and approving final content according to company standards
  • Writing internal communications
  • Maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the LMS
  • Liaising with LMS programmers to troubleshoot and address any issues
  • Managing internal training requests
  • Conducting face-to-face training sessions
  • Ensuring content meets certification requirements
  • Conducting regular analysis of processes and procedures
  • Implementing and optimising processes to enhance efficiency
  • Import, validate, and interpret data from the LMS accurately
  • Presenting progress and results to management and stakeholders, including regular reports
  • Maintain and update contact lists of collaborators

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a similar role
