Front of House Manager

LOCATION: Daytona Tamworth, B78 1AR

HOURS: Full-time/Flexible - Applicants MUST be available to work evenings and weekends.

Daytona Tamworth are seeking a professional, confident, and reliable Front of House Manager to lead their dynamic and fast-paced Front of House team at Daytona Tamworth. This role requires an energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the Reception and Front of House (FOH) areas.
  • Lead, manage, and manage rota for the Front of House team, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Deliver first-class customer service, setting high standards for the FOH team.
  • Train and induct new and existing staff, developing tailored training programmes to meet business needs.
  • Set targets and actively monitor the team's sales performance in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of all Front of House facilities to an exceptional standard.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Customer-Focused: Background in a customer-facing role (hospitality preferred), with a proven track record of raising service standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to recruit, train, manage, and motivate a team while ensuring ongoing development and succession planning.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Sales-Driven: Capable of setting, monitoring, and driving sales targets within the FOH team.
  • Organised & Adaptable: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to devise and implement procedures while working flexibly in a 7-day operational business.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to learn Salesforce/ Clubspeed.
  • Charismatic Leader: A proactive and engaging individual who leads by example.
