Business Development Manager - Powering Sustainable Solutions!

Role Overview:
In this senior sales role, you'll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, secure new business, and ensure customer retention through renewals and exceptional service. You'll drive growth by leveraging your network, attending events, and utilising social media to prospect and close new accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Prospect, attract, and convert new B2B clients across SME and I&C sectors.
  • Account Management: Handle renewals, cross-sell, and deliver top-tier service across your portfolio.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Build and manage relationships, aligning our services with customer needs for mutual success.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain CRM data, manage pricing, and achieve key sales and quality targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the energy sector, with a strong track record of building and retaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of energy procurement and strategy, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and proactively address obstacles.
