NonStop's client, a well-established therapeutic agency with a Good Ofsted rating, is currently seeking a motivated and determined individual to join their team as a Regional Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing quality assurance and ensuring a high standard of therapeutic care is given
  • Manage a team of Supervising Social Workers
  • You'll be responsible for covering the North Midlands region including Supervising Social Workers, Branch Admins, regional therapist, and Education advisors

Requirements:

  • SWE registered
  • Demonstrate relevant experience leading and managing a team of Social Workers
  • Driver's license
  • Fostering experience desirable
