NonStop's client, a well-established therapeutic agency with a Good Ofsted rating, is currently seeking a motivated and determined individual to join their team as a Regional Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing quality assurance and ensuring a high standard of therapeutic care is given
- Manage a team of Supervising Social Workers
- You'll be responsible for covering the North Midlands region including Supervising Social Workers, Branch Admins, regional therapist, and Education advisors
Requirements:
- SWE registered
- Demonstrate relevant experience leading and managing a team of Social Workers
- Driver's license
- Fostering experience desirable
