As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and small-group support
- Assisting in the development of personalised learning strategies
- Supporting students with daily tasks, communication, and engagement
- Collaborating with teachers and specialists to create an inclusive learning environment
- Previous experience working with students with SEN
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to learning support
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs
