Smart Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Tamworth, supporting students aged 11 to 19 years with a range of additional needs, including ASD, MSI, MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one and small-group support

  • Supporting students with daily tasks, communication, and engagement
