* Provide a high standard of customer serviceto all customers
* Respond appropriatelyto both customers and drivers
* Allocate jobs to drivers & planningto achievethe required response times
* Handling of live customer complaints
* Full awareness of real-time resource availability
* Pricing of jobs for drivers & customers as per pricing process
* Maximise opportunities to prevent occurrence'sof loss-making jobs.
What we need from you to be successful :-
* Strong Work ethic giving full attention to detail & accuracy
* Able to solve complaints and issues
* Able to work alone and unsupervisedat times
* Experience within a high pressured environmentis advantageous
* Strong admin skills & willingness to be flexible.
