Your new companyWorking for an accountants who have several offices around the South West area.This role is based in Taunton and is a full-time permanent role paying £25,000 per year.The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.Your new role* Manage the Compliance team Helphub inbox and allocate tasks to team members* Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports etc.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including documentation of training sessions, compliance audits, and corrective actions.* Organisation of Compliance meetings, agenda points, action points and minutes.* Administration and chasing of compliance queries, tasks and responses.* Take ownership and provide administrative support with Compliance projects.* Administrative duties including drafting and editing letters and reports etc.* Database tasks including client and contact setup and data changes* Creation and evaluation of reports for passing to senior members of the team* Take an active role in team meetings and discussions.
