We are currently seeking a Operations Administrator to assist out client in Taunton.

Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00

Duties
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks including updating information in Orderwise & Teams including ETA's, Product Issues, Bin Locations, Barcodes.
  • Operations Support: Help manage inventory, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and other departments. Ensure all departments are aligned
  • Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as needed. Assist in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably however, full training will be given.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
