£45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.

A Wealth Management firm with an enviable reputation for providing client led, first class Independent Financial Advice have an opening for Head of Paraplanning. They have offices across the South West and this role is based at their offices in Taunton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring structure and attention to detail across all operational work-flows, ensuring cases are managed efficiently from start to finish.

• Prepare high-quality suitability reports for investments, pensions, and mortgages.

• Ensure every case is tracked, chased, and progressed without delays, reducing the need for management intervention.

• Conduct thorough pre-submission checks, ensuring client documentation is complete and compliant.

• Manage follow-ups with providers using automated systems (Outlook and CRM) to avoid bottlenecks.

• CRM & Work-flow Management, maintaining accurate client records and case notes in Concert, Wealthbox, and Dynamics 365.

• Work closely with advisers and administrators to drive accountability and ensure standards are met.

You will haveDipFA / DipPFS or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner, with the ambition and drive to step into a senior / leadership role. You will be a natural problem solver, good at creating order and refining work-flows for maximum efficiency as well as being able to spot what needs done and take the lead. An up to date knowledge of IO, CRM's and task management systems is also essential. You won't just support the Advisers and run a team, you will drive the transformation of the firms operations.
